Orders can be made online, by email or post. We accept PayPal and most credit/debit cards. (If you would like to pay by bank transfer then please contact us via email for more information).


We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, within 48 hours of receiving your payment. Orders placed after 12pm Monday – Friday, on weekends or bank holidays, will be processed the next working day.

UK Delivery Costs

Our delivery costs are calculated by basket total:

Orders up to £20 are sent by Royal Mail First Class

£0 - £10 = £1.50

£10 - £20 = £2.20

Orders over £20 are sent by Royal Mail First Class Signed For

£20 - £50 = £3.95

£50 - £75 = £5.50

£75+ = £6.00

All orders are sent via Royal Mail and should arrive within 3-5 days. At peak times, such as public holidays, please allow 7-10 days to receive your order.

International Delivery

We ship to the E.U. and to the rest of the world. All of our products are shipped from the UK. Any import or customs duties incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

£10 - £20 = £4.50

£20 - £50 = £6.60

Tracked & Signed First Class

£50 - £75 = £12.00

Missing Orders

If your order has been dispatched, but has not arrived in the specified time period, please contact us by email at: hello@bebandooo.co.uk. 
Items are considered “missing” by Royal Mail 3 or more days after the due date. If, after our investigations, your order turns out to be lost, we will endeavour to refund you within 30 days.


We hope that you are really happy with your order, but if you need to return it for any reason please could you follow these guidelines:
Fill in the form on our returns page to be given a RMA number.
Please return the item within 21 days of purchase.
Enclose a note with the RMA number and your telephone ,email and address details.
Faulty goods will be reimbursed fully including your return postage with our apologies.
Unwanted goods should be returned in a saleable condition in the original packaging, unwashed and unworn with the swing tags attached.
Postage on goods returned to Beb & Ooo is non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we have sent you the wrong size.
We recommend that when returning goods, you use a tracked or ‘signed for’ service and retain all proof of posting, as we cannot be held responsible for undelivered items.
After we have received and checked the returned goods we will endeavour to process your refund as quickly as possible, within 30 days after your order, provided the returned goods are in good condition.
Refunds can only be issued to the original buyer of the goods.
