Garments

 

What is your sizing like?

Our clothes are designed to be a bit generous in their fit as there will be a degree of shrinkage.

The following sizes refer to garment sizes after shrinkage gets taken into account. We recommend going up a size for our reversible dungarees if you are unsure about which size to order as the cuffs can be turned over or pushed up.

If you are in doubt about what size to order, or you would like some advice, then please do get in touch with us via email and we will do our best to help.

How do I look after my Beb & Ooo garments?

All of our garments are machine washable at 40°C or less.

We recommend turning the garment inside out before washing and reshaping it whilst damp. Wash all dark colours separately for the first wash.

We do not recommend tumble drying as this can cause shrinkage and fading and generally shortens the lifespan of your garment. The cotton we use isn’t pre-treated with chemicals to prevent shrinkage, therefore there will be some shrinkage after the first wash. 

Where is your clothing made?

All of our product listings have a box with information about fabric composition, along with where the item has been manufactured - please refer to this for each item.

Our first clothing collection was printed  by Brittannia Textile Printers ( http://btp.cc ) in Leicester and manufactured by Team Tots ( http://www.teamtotsclothing.co.uk ) in Nottingham.

 

Our second collection was printed by Macrofast in India and manufactured by Team Tots in Nottingham.

 

Our most recent organic collection was printed and manufactured by Macrofast in India. The factory is GOTS certified and fully audited to ensure that workers receive fair pay and good working conditions. You can read more about them here: https://www.macrofast.com

Shipping

 

How are the shipping costs calculated?

The shipping costs quoted at checkout are weight-based and get calculated automatically.

We offer standard and express shipping options to the UK and to most international destinations. You'll have the choice to select either option at checkout.

What are the shipping options for UK destinations?

We offer standard and express shipping options to destinations within England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, and to locations such as the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.

Standard shipping options include Royal Mail Second Class post and Parcelforce Express48 services. Delivery times are typically up to five working days from the date of despatch.

Express shipping options include Royal Mail First Class post, Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm, and Parcelforce Express24 services. Delivery times are typically 1-3 working days from the date of despatch.

Please note that service delays might be possible due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

What are the shipping options for international destinations?

We offer shipping options to most destinations outside of the United Kingdom.

The services we use depend on the weight of each order, but they are typically Royal Mail International Standard post, Royal Mail International Tracked post, and Parcelforce Global Priority.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination, but are typically 3+ working days from the date of despatch.

Please note that service delays might be possible due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

Which couriers or postal services do you use?

We use Royal Mail and Parcelforce for deliveries to the United Kingdom, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.

For deliveries to the Republic of Ireland we use Royal Mail and Parcelforce.

All international deliveries (mainland Europe and the rest of the world) get handled by Royal Mail, Parcelforce, and the postal service at the destination.

Can I collect my order from you in person?

No, we don't offer a collection service as we are an online business and don't have any retail premises.

Payment

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments made with Visa and MasterCard debit and credit cards, and American Express cards.

We also accept PayPal as a payment method. Note that orders paid with an "eCheque" on PayPal will not be despatched until PayPal informs us that the payment has cleared (this is usually within 5 working days).

Is the online ordering process secure?

Yes. Our website and online checkout and payment systems use bank-grade security for your added peace of mind.

 

You can confirm this by checking the SSL/TLS certificate information in your web browser (usually by clicking/tapping the 'padlock' icon on your web browser's address bar and selecting the 'Certificate' option).

Returns

 

How do I cancel my order?

If you've just placed an order and have changed your mind, it's usually possible to cancel the order and refund your payment if the order status hasn't been set to 'fulfilled.'

Please contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation of your order and a refund.

Can I return items I don't want?

If you've changed your mind about some or all items in your order, you're entitled to return them to us for a refund within 14 days after your order was delivered.

Please contact us to request a return and refund for any unwanted items. Note that we will not reimburse any return postage costs for unwanted items.

What happens if my order gets lost or damaged in transit?

We will send you replacement items for orders that have been lost or damaged in transit.

Please contact us if you've not received your order within our estimated delivery times (see the 'shipping options' sections further up this page for details), or you have received your order and it got damaged in transit.

Note that delays across all shipping services are likely due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
